Find your morning sickness & nausea relief

I was so fortunate to not have morning sickness or consistent nausea during my first trimester, but what no one warned me about was just how strong my sense of smell would become. It’s the superpower I never wanted, but here I am suffering through every classroom, airport, and grocery store. What I have found is that some overpowering or gross stenches cause me to feel sick to my stomach, so this ginger tea recipe has come in hand tremendously. I hope it helps you & if it does, be sure to pin it on Pinterest and share with the pregnant women you love in your life.

Ginger Tea Recipe

What I love about raw ginger is that as long as you don’t peel it, it can last in the refrigerator for about a month. Just cut the pieces you need for your tea and know that this drink is pregnancy-safe & healthy! If you want to spice the flavor up a bit, trade the honey in for some maple syrup. I also like to add a bit of lemon juice to my tea for a little extra zest.
